Please Note that the Badge does not come with the jewels or a method of holding the jewels. Pocket jewel holders can be purchased from any number of Fraternal suppliers. Also the badge does not come with the slide bar like our officers badges. This badge is strictly an "in-the-pocket" badge. The jewels are in the picture only to show how the badge works.

We have finally come up with the perfect badge that fits in the pocket of a suit or tux jacket. We have been asked for a long time to come up with a badge that can be worn with an officer jewel. In addition we have been asked many times about a badge that doesn't continually try to come out of your pocket. Well, finally this is it. It's a wider badge (3 1/2" wide) and it goes the full depth of the pocket which makes it stay within the pocket. We are very excited to be able to offer this new concept badge. We have had these out now for about 8 months locally to try them out and everyone loves them. Hope you will as well.

1) First thing is to determine the Length of the Badge. This will change from jacket to jacket so please again look at the pictures to see how to determine that Length. The length is selecting in one of the option buttons. Then supply us with the following

2) Then Color of the badge (Again from the pictures) (Hint if you are looking for the popular Lodge Blue Color it is Color F) (There is a Navy however it is very dark) (This is also done by one of the buttons) Then supply us with the following : (This and from now on the information is supplied to us via Messenger, email or in the messenger within this order form)

3) Font or letter style (These are found in the pictures) (Just let us know if you want option "A" or "B" (If nothing is indicated we will go with the default, which is option "A".)

5) Emblem to go on each badge ( Please select "Number" of Graphic from picture chart) (One graphic per order ) (On multiple badge orders this only needs to be done for the first badge)

6) Name of the Lodge, Chapter, Valley, Commandery, etc. (On multiple badge orders this only needs to be done for the first badge)

7) Also indicate if this is to be "F. & A.M." or "A.F. & A.M." or another indication (Again this only needs to be done on the first badge)

8) City and State of the Lodge (Most put this on the badges but not necessary) (Once again only needs to be on the first badge)
