Each Mug is engraved with the Fire Dept. Name within the top of the Maltese Cross. In the bottom of the Cross is the word "Fire Dept". Please note that the emblem in the displayed picture is at the very bottom because of the request of the customer the mugs were made for. We always like to center our emblems from top to bottom. All text on the front of the mug is done in a legible font.
On the other side of the Mug we engrave the persons title and name. (You will have the opportunity to pick out the desired font/letter style from the pictures)

Please note, that we do not send out proofs, So please double check all your information for correct spelling. We can not fix or repair items that were misprinted because of a spelling error other than errors that were made by us to which we will replace item if do to our mistake.
